• After Jesus died, Joseph, who was from the town of Arimathea, took Jesus' body and placed it in a new tomb. As there was a rumor that Jesus will be resurrected, Pilate placed the guards before the tomb and put them to keep guard the tomb, all night.

In the early morning after the Sabbath, Mary Magdalene, and another Mary brought expensive spices and myrrh to anoint the body of Jesus.

When there was an earthquake, the guards who were keeping guard the tomb began to fall down. Suddenly, the stone to the tomb rolled back. So, the ladies went into the tomb, where they saw a young man in a glittering white robe sitting.

Then, the angel said. "Don't be afraid. Look here."

      They cannot find Jesus' body.

"Oh, my God, It was robbed."

"It was not robbed. Jesus was raised from the dead. Go ahead and tell the good news to people!:

Mary Magdalene hurried to tell Jesus' disciples that Jesus was resurrected. Then, John and Peter ran to the tomb. After seeing an empty tomb, they came back, with embarrassment.

Yet, she cried, looking into the tomb, for she thought that someone might steal Jesus' body. Weeping, she bent herself down to look into the tomb. Then, she found two angles in white robes. And, she can hear Jesus say behind her back.

"Why are you crying? Who are you looking for?"

      Then, she said, kneeling.

      "Lord!"

      Jesus said.

"Don' touch me. I have not gone up to my Father. Go ahead and tell the news to people!"

    • The guards who were keeping guard Jesus' tomb told the High Priest that Jesus was resurrected.  Then, he told them to spread the rumor that someone had robbed of Jesus' body. Jesus' two disciples were walking to Emmaus, far away from Jerusalem.

      Jesus asked, walking with them.

"What are you talking about, now?"

"They did not recognize Jesus, and answered.

"We have heard the rumor that Jesus was raised from the dead."

When they arrived at Emmaus, the darkness had been covered. They sat down at table and had a dinner. Jesus gave thanks to God and handed down breads to them. Suddenly, their eyes became bright, and at last, they came to recognize Jesus.

After Jesus appeared to them and had a dinner, he left.

"We've met Jesus who was raised from the dead!"

They ran to Jerusalem and exclaimed.

    • One day, Simon Peter, one of Jesus' disciples, said that he was going fishing, Then, Jesus' six disciples told him, "We will come with you." They went to the Lake of Galilee and tried to catch fish. But, they did not catch a thing. As the sun was rising, they came close to the lake. Then, a man asked them.

"Young men, haven't you caught anything?"

      "Not a thing," they answered.

      He said to them.

"Throw your net out on the right side of the boat."

So they threw the net out, and the net threatened to be torn, soon, because they had caught so many fish. Looking at the lake, John said to Peter.

      "It is the Lord!"

When Peter heard that it was the Lord, he jumped into the water and went to Jesus. The rest of his disciples came to the shore in the boat, pulling the net full of fish.

      Then, Jesus said to them.

"Bring some of the fish that you have caught." Come here, everyone, and have a breakfast."

Jesus lit the campfire and broiled bread and fish on it to feed his disciples.

    •

After they had eaten, Jesus said to Simon Peter.

"Simon Peter, Do you love me?"

"Yes, Lord, he answered. "You know that I love you."

      "Take care of my sheep."

Jesus asked the same question, three times.

Peter became sad because Jesus asked three times, and he remembered that he denied Jesus, three times. Jesus comforted three times, to heal Peter's trauma.

All of us are the Lord's sheep. Peter did whatever Jesus had said, and showed leadership in preaching Jesus' disciples.
